Nylon compounds containing TR 063A have been shown to run without beard formation on the edges of dies for significantly longer periods of time than compounds without it. This is due to the superior metal release characteristics provided by our additive resulting in smoother extrusions, fewer compound/part defects and increased productivity. Not only will the improvements be seen during the compounding stage, but end-processors will also see lower machine torques and pressures and a more consistent, user friendly compound.

NEW - Compatibilizer Plus Lubricant Blends
Struktol now also offers two unique products that combine a compatibilizer with lubricants to create a combination product that aids in the incorporation of fillers (mineral or glass) with improved mixing and flow properties as well as mold release. This results in better processing, improved surface quality and in some cases better physical properties.
STRUKTOL® TR 239 is for use in Nylon 6 and 6,6 and has been found to also work in PET compounds, especially recycled applications or in the case of PET contaminated with other plastics.
STRUKTOL® TR 237 for use in both PVC, PBT, PET and PC/ABS blends as well as Nylon 6 and 6,6 compounds. It is also ideal for use in recycled applications.
