Stephan Sielaff took over as CEO of the Schill+Seilacher Group on October 1,2026.
With Stephan, we welcome an experienced leader who has spent around 30 years helping to develop international businesses and organizations, including at Unilever, Symrise, Archroma, Lenzing AG and SSI SCHÄFER Plastics.
His priorities align closely with our own ambitions: getting closer to our customers, learning more from one another and connecting the capabilities across our Group more effectively.
