Product Overview

TPW 012

Optimized blend of special oleo chemicals and waxes. Used as processing aid for wood-filled PVC. Provides significant processing and output rate benefits.

TPW 104

Designed primarily for polyethylene and polypropylene composites to compatabilize, improve homogeneity, processability, output rates and surface quality. Has also been used in other polymers.

TPW 113

Designed for filled olefin compounds as a processing aid and acts as a synergist to enhance properties and can be used with our without coupling agents.

TPW 426

A functional lubricant blend that offers superior filler wetting and processing improvements.

TPW 617

An engineered lubricant package designed specifically for wood/fiber filled polyolefins.

TPW 707

A functional lubricant blend that offers superior filler wetting and processing characteristics in various polymer systems.

TPW 709

A highly efficient lubricant used when a broad range of composites are in the mix and can be used with or without coupling agents.

TPW 813

In addition to providing excellent flexural properties, it is especially effective at reducing water absorption, resulting in a much more durable product that can withstand many more wetting and freeze-thaw cycles.

TPW 243

A non-maleic anhydride containing coupling agent. It works very well even at low dosages. Recommended dosage between 1% and 3% by weight. Typically 1% by weight of total compound will dramatically improve properties. This product comes in pellet/pastille form.

TPW 244

The powder version of TPW 243. It also works very well. To be used at between 0.5% and 1.2% by weight. Typical would be 0.6% by weight of total compound. It is slightly more concentrated than TPW 243.

TPW 230

A masterbatch version of TPW 420 designed to be let down with polyethylene resin.

TPW 420

A full capstock compound that offers unmatched durability combined with excellent scratch resistance, adhesion to substrate, processability and low gloss surface.

Odor Control

RP 17 - Mask and Neutralization

RP 53 - Neutralizer

RP 28

A compatibilizer and blending aid that reduces splay in colored and/or filled polymers. Extremely compatible with polyolefins and PVC, and can be used to increase extrusion output rates.

TPW 813

In addition to providing excellent flexural properties, it is especially effective at reducing water absorption, resulting in a much more durable product that can withstand many more wetting and freeze-thaw cycles.

VMO--- Series

Flow promotors for PP (polypropylene).
